Vandana Bhave has published the first-of-its-kind book, completely dedicated to Bodan Vidhi, i.e. method to conduct Bodan, titled ‘Merutantrokta Bodan Vidhi’. The book is kept at a no-profit no-loss price with the intent of documenting Bodan and the lore and processes associated with it.

The book features the lore (kathaa) of how Bodan came into existence, the method to conduct Bodan, and all details including number of suvasinis and kumarikas that need to be present. The book also deals with how Bodan is conducted in larger cities, with lesser cows to feed and lesser availablity of suvasinis and kumarikas.

References to older pieces to literature have also been made, wherein Bodan was talked about. However, this book stands as the first dedicated book towards Bodan.
